Dr. Jingyuan is leading Capgemini AI & Analytics APAC, building end-to-end AI solutions and delivering business outcomes at scale with data and AI. She is an experienced analytics and AI professional and has held leadership roles across different industries over the past 15 years, which includes A*STAR research institutes, Nielsen, SingTel, Lazada/Alibaba group and NTUC Enterprise. She brings a unique mix of experiences in data science, big data, data monetization and business strategy. Before joining Capgemini, she was SVP of NTUC group, heading the group's advanced analytics center to build extensive data science capabilities for the group, and shape and transform their business using data-driven strategies. In addition, she was VP of regional data science for Lazada, Alibaba group. At Lazada, she built and led a data science team, working on leading techniques and business solutions to deliver innovative and scalable data products for internal business lines and external partners. Her subject matter expertise includes a deep knowledge of the Consumer Products and Retail sector with a strong focus on customer experience and loyalty programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from NUS. |
Wei-Wei Tu Vice President, Principal Scientist 4Paradigm Inc. |
Wei-Wei Tu is Vice President, Principal Scientist, of 4Paradigm Inc., board member of ChaLearn. He has rich experience in large-scale distributed machine learning system architecture, large-scale machine learning algorithm design and application, and online marketing systems. Wei-Wei Tu was engaged in computational advertisement-related work in Baidu Fengchao, and designed and developed Baidu's machine learning computing framework ELF. Currently, Wei-Wei Tu is working in 4Paradigm Inc., he is the designer of the core large-scale distributed machine learning framework GDBT for 4Paradigm's Sage platform. He has applied AutoML and transfer learning at many industrial applications. Wei-Wei Tu has published over 20 papers in AAAI, IJCAI, KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, and other conferences and workshops. Wei-Wei Tu served as the competition chair of PAKDD 2018/2019, chair of PRICAI 2018 AutoML Workshop, co-chair of KDD 2020 AutoML Workshop, program co-chair of International Workshop on Federated and Transfer Learning 2021 (IJCAI 2021), the main organizer of ICCV 2021 Understanding Social Behavior in Dyadic and Small Group Interactions Workshop, the main organizer of NeurIPS 2018 AutoML competition, organizer of IJCNN 2019 AutoCV competition, the main organizer of NeurIPS 2019 AutoDL competition, and main organizer of the first and second KDD Cup AutoML competitions, the main organizer of WAIC 2019 AutoNLP competition, the main organizer of ACML 2019 / INTERSPEECH 2020 AutoSpeech and AutoWSL competition, guest editor of IEEE TPAMI's first AutoML special issue. Mr. Ray Ong Swee Lieng, Regional Sale Director (Overseas) of UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP and Founder of Youth Champions Academy Singapore, is primarily focusing on proliferating UBTECH End-to-End AI Robotic Education Solution in Asia Pacific, Central Asia and Africa. During his 2 years tenure in UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP, he has developed an extensive network of distributors and educational partners across the regions under his charge. Aligned with the company’s vision, Mr. Ray aims to leverage AI Robotic Education as the key enabler to assist countries in embarking on their Industrial 4.0 movement. Mr. Ray also led a team of educational expertise in UBTECH to develop a high end and holistic AI Robotic Education Ecosystem. Mr. Ray has also developed the proprietary UBTECH AI Robotic Education Pedagogy – Acquire Apply Innovate (A2I). The pedagogy elucidates the principles and objectives of our AI Robotic Education across the K12 education. In 2015, Mr. Ray left the navy to pursue his passion in Education and Training. Till date, Mr. Ray operates two premium MindChamps preschools in Singapore, grooming nearly 300 children yearly. He is the founder and CEO of One World Education Solution in Singapore focusing on Corporate and Adult training. Apart from Mr. Ray’s passion in education, he is also a strong believer that technologies are the key transformation forces of a nation under Industrial 4.0 Revolution. In 2016, he concurrently assumed the Vice President of Allthing Inc, an Internet of Thing Company in Singapore and China, focusing on Smart Logistic and Smart Energy solutions. His experiences in the education and IOT technology industries have prepared and poised him to be one of the key drivers in UBTECH to develop, build and implement UBTECH End-to-End AI Robotic Education Solution globally.. |

Mike is a 22 year ICT veteran with a focus on digital transformation, technology leadership, industry trends, and customer insight. He has been with Huawei for 10 years and currently operates as Huawei’s Group CDO and Executive Consultant. Mike is a seasoned expert presenter, keynote speaker and host with an ability to engage audiences and CXOs by distilling complex technology and analytics into real actionable business language. Mike has previously held several CXO roles including CEO of a global SaaS and IoT startup, Chief Solution Officer at a leading Cisco/Nortel Solutions Integrator, and Chief Technical Officer at Nortel Asia. He has lived in Asia for 16 years and has in-depth local and regional knowledge on consumer and operator behaviour. |

For over past 15 years, Yeon W. LEE has researched and lectured on international business management, strategy and competitiveness at prestigious universities in Korea while at the same time giving advisory and consultations on topics of sustainability, global environment, and change management for multinational corporations and government bodies. Dr. Lee has broad scope of knowledge and experiences in connecting the areas of strategic management and international business in deriving cooperative innovative models that better captures the constant change that occur in technology, law and ethics, and MZ generation in today’s VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous). Her main research areas include industries such as energy, media and entertainment, healthcare, and ICT industry. At Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Dr. Lee’s main focus will be to provide education, consulting, and advisory by connecting legal issues with business strategies so that firms and society can conduct more effective and synergistic sustainability programs such as through ESG. |
Wei Zhang Yong Pung How School of Law Singapore Management University |
Wei Zhang is an Associate Professor and the Associate Dean of the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. He received his basic law degree from Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and his Master of Laws degrees from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, and Harvard Law School. He earned his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence and Social Policy from UC Berkeley in 2012 and have since taught at SMU. His main research areas are corporate governance and securities regulations. He is admitted to the New York bar and is the executive committee member of the Asian Law and Economics Association. |
